The CSD General Store will be open and is where you can do several things. You can peruse the Member Sales section to discover those rare "I gotta have one of those" things that a fellow modeler has offered up just for your pleasure. You can also purchase Door Prize tickets as well as items from the CSD General Store.

If you have model railroad items you want to sell here is all you have to do:

  • 1. Download this MER Sales Slip form and fill in the information (except the grayed area) for each item you wish to offer for sale.
  • 2. Bring the completed forms along with the items you want to sell to the General Store room between 7 and 10 pm on Thursday evening or between 9 and 10 am on Friday morning.
  • 3. The General Store volunteers will finish the form with store information and give you the receipt portion. It is important that you keep this receipt because you will not be able to collect the proceeds or retrieve unsold items without it.
  • 4. At this time your items can be put out for sale along with the top half of the sales slip.
  • 5. After the banquet on Saturday night, return to the store to pick up unsold items and/or proceeds from sales. Late pickup can also be made on Sunday morning. See the Master Schedule for the times and location for late pickup.

IMPORTANT NOTES: There is a 15% commission charged for all sales in the General Store. Also, MER and hotel policy do not allow for sales from guest rooms.
